What does the block suffix represent? so my serial number is 29 but what is the E for, thanks for helping me out by the way!

It has 214 with the Wehrmacht eagle with marked all over it, but on the stock its WaA214. what does this marking indicate. everything is marked 29e, except the bolt and safety they are instead marked 4668 and there is a C on one part of the bolt.
