I’m not home to check the diameter right now, but what about a Vz.35??

I’ve been digging around trying, and I just can’t figure out what rod this is for, it’s smaller diameter than the vz24 rod shown on the left/lower, and longer at 15-9/16.

The early 625 like you mentioned, I tried it with no luck.

I bought this sling and the tip is far too wide to fit the rifle’s swivel. I presume it’s probably taken a set from moisture and expansion sitting on the buckle stud but I’m not positive now, it’s over 3/16 too wide. Are there any other rifles that possibly used a sling like this or am I...

Looks like maybe someone converted it to a bolt cutout at some point in its life, and then it was restored with the m/m bolt that’s mentioned.

On the keel of Menzel supplied stocks. Towards the end, there are a handful of different stock scenarios with Sauer completed rifles.

Beautiful rifle, it looks like an inspection of the barrel coupling. I don’t study these, but I believe the assembler(s) are unknown? Likely an in house inspection for one of the Suhl firms. I like the the Roechling barrel, they made some of the barrels or blanks for the new high velocity...

This one has a stock plug and a blued cleaning rod. Bolt m/m but a blued Vz bolt in it.

Just a few pictures but I was happy to grab a couple of bolt m/m vz24’s at Tulsa. This one only has a stock plug unless I’ve overlooked something.

Dave, I have an H marking, process stamp or what not on a rear LT ring, not sure if that’s of help or not, seeing as it’s not in the same location.

Okay, the reason I ask, is that I have a laminate JGA, that I’m trying to authenticate the stock on. Any input from those of you that have had them apart would be greatly appreciated.
