LT, there are only two numbers and I'm guessing they're serial numbers. This is the disassembled scope mount. this is the backside of scope mount.

Sure, here is the mount on the rifle, then removed. My fear is this was done by a shade tree mechanic and they've screwed up the rifle heat treatment by welding on it.

I bought this rifle last year, I've been lurking and trying educate myself but I've yet to see this scope mount. I would appreciate any information you guys have.
