    No numbers anywhere on barrel or stock. No steps in the barrel, just tapered all the wall back towards the bolt.

    You can see light through the scope, but nothing very clear. Is it worth the cost of repairs?

    My dad gave me this rifle and I'm really not sure it's origin or age. Wondering if anyone has information. The stock appears to be different that other Mauser model 98 rifles I see on the net.
