RyanE Baby Face Staff member Apr 8, 2025 #6 Inspection on the wrist is too weak to tell if its legit or not, at least from these photos. Depot marked Carcano are not uncommon, but I don't recall ever seeing a marked M91 before, though I am sure they exist.
