G33/40. 945 code 1940

Hi friends,

Could you guys take a look at this G33/40 945 from 1940 and let me know what you think? These are the only pictures I have of it and will have more next week. The bolt is matching and the rod looks about right, IMO.. thank you for your time.. again I’ll have more pictures next week..

Considering laminate stocks showed up in 1942. We know for a fact the stock doesn't match. Condition reminds me of ones that were imported out of the balkans.

Like bnz41john said, the stock doesn't match and I agree with the Balkan look.

This "945 1940" Sn. 5139c got assembled in January 1941 and the first laminate stocks which was available at the Brünn factory are dated September 1941.

The rod is a k98 10" rod not the correct rod for G33/40
