1942 K98 Russian Capture

Hi there,
I'm new to Mausers and would like some second opinions on two rifles I'm considering buying. The first BNZ 42' Mauser is said to be Waffen SS -- pretty sure this is a bit inaccurate as these are Wehrmacht Mausers that are Russian Capture, no rune markings. The seller wants $900 and says that it is worth $2000.

2nd Mauser: BCD 41', original sling, the bolt is different due to being rendered inoperable at the war's end, according to him. I believe he wants $900 also for this one. Your thoughts?

since both are russian captures with scrambled parts, & the same $, which one do YOU like better? I consider any mismatched rifle to be a shooter, how are the bores?
bnz: not sure all legit essess contract rifles had runes, but ‘buy the rifle, not the story’.
bcd: not sure what he means about the bolt, mismatched bolts are common, but mostly they work. often the russian rebuild process included renumbering the non matching bolt to the barreled receiver by writing w/electric pencil on the bolt body.

No RC traits shown on the BNZ. Also not an SS rifle. Depending on what parts are matching if any, it could be worth right at 900 or substantially more. Looks like an Oberndorf stock though.

900 is out of line for the BCD which is certainly a RC.
