You have a German S84/98 Type 3 bayonet. On one side of the blade's "ricasso" there is a code for the manufacturing plant which produced this piece. In front of that are the last two digits for year bayonet was made (1944). On opposite side of the "ricasso" is a serial number and likely a alphabet letter for the block of 10,000 units in which it was made. There should be a blued metal scabbard... hopefully bearing the exact same markings (or possibly a scabbard of another bayonet of it's type). Bayonet appears to be in very nice condition (from what is seen). However, determination of value is based on manufacture/year of production, amount of original finish to both bayonet and scabbard, if bayonet/scabbard have "matching" serial numbers & code/dates and if there is any damage (like a sharpened blade, etc.) I advise you provide a few more photos of both sides of complete bayonet, search for the missing scabbard and report back...
