What do you think, that is quite strange, why would they put 2x same stamp plus one without Waa?

Those markings are crisp, too crisp imo, check our picture reference section for your code and year and see if it matches markings wise. Just on my guy feeling I think those markings were added post war.

Appears to be a G.33/30. Here's another pic that I copied from the ref. sections. Each stamp is purposeful for a step in the process/ or final acceptance.
