The depot stamp on this is no good, IMO. It also looks like the '95' was added to the bolt body over mismatched digits. The carbine was reworked by the Dutch at some point (blued receiver, stock SN on the side), but I think the bolt work is not period. Handguard is either mismatched or cutdown.
Stay away.
