Did they make rifle ammo illegal in New York state? Or do you need a card or some other hoops to jump through to buy it?

Can you buy out of state ammo? I have a pile of 8mm to sell, shooter stuff, and pristine Hirtenberger stuff in Tragschlaufe (battle packs).
