Right scope for a sniper build?

Hi all, I'm on the hunt for a good scope to use for a replica sniper build and I stumbled across this one. Everything on this scope looks good except I thought the knob for the top turret was usually on the opposite side of where it is on this scope, so I'm hesitant to pull the trigger on this one (no pun intended) since I'm not sure if it's correct or not

I guess bottom line is I'm wondering if this scope would be appropriate for a high turret sniper build. What do you guys think?

6X Zeiss Zielsech Scope were used on all 3 of these sniper rifles , Short Side Rail , Low Turret and Long Side Rail Sniper Rifles .
