I never thought I would see an RC go for this much……
I am ignorant on the topic, but is that a fake rune or is this an actual SS contract RC?
Do you think it’s the seller bidding it up with a burner account? Or did it go beyond the price of a legitimate buyers budget, so they used a fake account to win and force it to be delisted after non payment?Price is totally stupid. That price is getting into completely original territory. But I agree with the other posters, very likely there was bidding manipulation going on.
Not the best help imo, I scored a S/42 Kreigsmarine rifle from them but the bolt pics were terrible and I thought it was matching but when in hand I found out it wasn't :/ but for 1,200 bucks I couldn't complain especially with how early it was.I don't trust that seller
I can't say the circumstances exactly, but I believe the former. We previously documented a GunBonker account who would bid certain auctions up to the sky, 'win', only to have the item relisted yet he still repeatedly got an A+ from the seller? AND the same seller doesn't ban that guy and lets him keep running up other auctions?? Totally nothing to see there.Do you think it’s the seller bidding it up with a burner account? That's another shitbag seller tactic IMHO. Lots of pictures clear as day, yet that questionable detail he just can't seem to get the camera to focus properly. Another red flag is 100s of photos including dozens of the length of stock and barrel with no markings BUT oddly no pics of parts that should be marked and matching. Not the best help imo, I scored a S/42 Kreigsmarine rifle from them but the bolt pics were terrible and I thought it was matching but when in hand I found out it wasn't :/ but for 1,200 bucks I couldn't complain especially with how early it was.
