BNZ Identification Help

I came across this BNZ with a matching bolt, but mismatched to the rifle. No marks on typically marked parts either. Seller is asking $2500. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Does the V7 mean the SS contract? Just wondering which mark means SS
It's several clues, but basically, no letter block, no top final inspection and less inspection/marking of parts. Yes the V7 marked receivers were used in SS contract guns.

Oh, and all SS contract rifles are made at Steyr.
