This is my recent acquisition from Dave. The rifle and matching bayonet are just perfect. I forgot to put the matching numbered cleaning rod on for the photographs.
Dave was great to deal with in every regard. Thank you.
Just gorgeous, may not have been a german diverted rifle but still outstanding. Aside from maybe sniper rifles, it don't get much better if at all then this! The bolt body doesn't even have the ejector wear streak line typically seen on so many K98K's.
Sweet acquisition Raven… the rifle definitely didn’t disappoint. Its like getting a new rifle from Oberndorf in 1941. Very cool. Love the matching bayonet as well. Congrats
I have had 3 or 4 of these matching over the years,as many were imported to New Zealand,But i have NEVER seen one so pristine, well done Dave in picking this one.
I have sold my Portuguese now but never my matching 1933 Banner DR [Commercial finish]
Congrats on picking up this one. Dave's listing made it look amazing. These pictures show how phenomenal the condition on this one is! It's definitely worthy of being a centerpiece of any Mauser collection.
