Rare Double Marked G/K 43 matching mount Sniper

You know how these things go...haven't added a rifle in a year. Checking out some sites in my car while eating lunch...See this..description wrong...said Ac43....wait a minute...bad picture but it looks like the mount matches. I send the link to MattD and ask him to blow up pics and be my second set of eyes..Jackpot !!! All matching and excellent. Dried oil and cosmoline chunks inside action. Deep proofs...near mint dual tone finish.

You lucky bastard. If you quested for one of them you would probably never see one. That has to drop into your lap. Great find. I am not sure how many dual marked there are but I know it is not many.

She’s definitely mixed in with a bunch other milled (cosmetic receiver) dual coded rifles. Just FYI, the closest rifles next to this one reported or found is as follows:

K.34 G.43 ac45 #3404 02-06-2010 k98kforum miles136
K.43 G.43 ac45 #3456 is in the book “Hitler’s Garands”, page 185 and 346

Just in case you wanted to look at others near your rifle.

Thanks. Claus Espeholt's site has several around this one.....most seem clustered in the no letter block.
My other dual marked rifle is in the b block.

No link. Not much description of the rifle either so he might have just mentioned the rifle in the dated thread or something. You could research the archives by date and member and see.

Super rifle!!! It is good to see that: "no letter block" has phosphate round end mount with the roll pin.
